Berry Wardlaw

Berry Wardlaw, owner of Accurate Engineering,  is a legend in the motorcycle world with over 40  years of expertise as a master mechanic. Known  as “The Wild Pan Man,” Berry’s precision and  brilliance with Knucklehead and Panhead  engines have earned him widespread respect.  He has built engines for icons like Billy Lane, Jay  Leno, and Valerie Thompson, and played a  pivotal role in projects like the record-setting  Panhead “Salt Shaker,” which hit 161 mph at  Bonneville.  


Berry’s contributions extend beyond  engineering—he’s a mentor, innovator, and racer,  competing in events like the Motorcycle Chase  and collaborating with top builders. His work  has been featured in major publications, and his  craftsmanship is celebrated in projects like the  Panzer and Crocker prototypes.  Known for his infectious personality and  dedication to the motorcycle community,  Berry’s impact is undeniable. From setting land  speed records to inspiring others, Berry  Wardlaw’s legacy makes him a fitting candidate  for the Sturgis Hall of Fame
