Paul Langley is an executive leader, performance innovator, and global powersports strategist whose four-decade career has shaped the racing, performance, and distribution sectors of the motorcycle industry. Early in his career, he partnered with Dynojet Europe, helping establish modern standards for motorcycle diagnostics, tuning, and performance testing. He later held key leadership roles at Vance & Hines, guiding racing programs and translating motorsports technology into consumer products that elevated both competition and everyday riding experiences.
Widely recognized as the architect behind the Indian FTR750, the dominant flat-track racing motorcycle of the modern era, a design that not only propelled Indian Motorcycle to multiple AFT Manufacturer Championships but also inspired the highly successful Indian FTR street platform. As President of S&S Cycle, he advanced emissions-compliant performance parts, expanded OEM partnerships, and drove innovation across the V-twin aftermarket. In his current role as Chairman and CEO of LeMans Corporation—which encompasses Parts Unlimited, Drag Specialties, Parts Europe, and Parts Canada—he continues to influence global powersports product distribution and industry standards.
