Rusty Wallace

While best known for his Hall of Fame NASCAR career, Rusty Wallace’s passion for motorcycling has been a defining force in his life and legacy. A lifelong rider, Rusty has leveraged his platform to unite the worlds of racing and motorcycles, promoting two-wheeled culture and the camaraderie that comes with it. Through organizing and leading countless charity rides across the country, he has raised funds for causes including The NASCAR Foundation and Special Olympics South Dakota, using the thrill of the open road to give back to communities and inspire others. His genuine love for riding and the freedom it represents has bridged the gap between motorsports and motorcycling, inspiring fans, racers, and riders alike.

Rusty is a dedicated advocate for rider safety and education and has designed and built custom motorcycles reflecting his racing heritage. He is a frequent participant in the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and a longtime supporter of the Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame. His accomplishments in motorsports are equally impressive, with induction into both the NASCAR Hall of Fame and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame in 2013, founding Iowa Speedway to foster the next generation of racing talent, and receiving the Buddy Shuman Award in 2023 for outstanding contributions to motorsports culture and community.
